Supply Dropoff Information and Sign Up

Dear Parents / Guardians,

Postcards have been mailed to the mailing address we have on file for your student. If you have not received it by Monday, August 17, you may call the office at 580-429-3266 ext 1 to obtain this information. Below, you will see a list of our teachers. Please click the name of the teacher who mailed you a postcard to schedule your time to deliver your supplies.

• We are scheduling 2 families per classroom for each 15 minute slot. This allows for a maximum of 7 people in the classroom including the teacher. 

• Families will be limited to the student attending that classroom and 2 adults.

• It is completely acceptable to remain in your vehicle until your scheduled time to make sure we encourage and practice social distancing. 

• Masks must be worn and temperatures will be taken upon entering the building. 

• Once supplies are delivered, you will exit the same doors you entered. 

• We have different entry doors for different classes. Classes on the north side of the building will enter at their outside doors.  Signs will be posted. (Langford, Frees, Jung, Buehre, and Immenschuh)  Elkins and Wells will enter at the east side of the building. Kowena and Fletcher will enter at the front door. First grade entrances are on the southwest side of the building. Signs will be posted on that side.  Those doors are located on the backside of the building. There is limited parking at the back of the building.

• There will NOT be an opportunity on that night to pay for lunches or drop off medications. You may schedule a time next week to do that anytime prior to the first day of school by calling the office at 580-429-3266 ext 1. Office hours 8-4.

• We ask that you refrain from loitering in our halls once you have delivered your supplies. We will not be letting the next family for that classroom in the building until the previous family exits the building.
